Put a Trick into a very delicious Treat of white chocolate, vanilla cheesecake and cranberry jelly. To decorate you will need red chocolate candy melts or colour melted white chocolate with red gel food colouring. You will also need blue and black sugar paste.

Step preview

  1. Add white chocolate to a clean silicon demisphere mould
  2. Fill
  3. Coat
  4. Scrape carefully
  5. Let cool until room temperature then set aside
  6. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  7. Add double cream to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  11. Then add cream cheese, caster sugar and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  12. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  14. Chill in fridge
  15. Clean kCook bowl
  16. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  17. Add cranberry juice to the kCook bowl
  18. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  20. Heat with filler cap removed - 70°C, speed 3
  21. Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the kCook bowl
  22. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  23. Pour content of kCook bowl into silicon demisphere mould carefully
  24. Chill in fridge until set - 2 hr
  25. Assemble
  26. Pipe cream with piping bag
  27. Melt together
  28. Decorate with white chocolate
  29. Dip
  30. Decorate
  31. Roll into balls
  32. Assemble
  33. Serve
