    180 ml (about ¾ cup)
  • Cinnamon stick icon

    180 ml (about 180 g)
  • Caster sugar icon

    50 g (about 3 ⅞ tablespoons)

Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add bourbon, cinnamon stick, cider and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 70°C, speed 3
  6. Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the kCook bowl
  7. Stir with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  8. Strain content of kCook bowl into jug and reserve liquid
  9. Pour content of jug into 12 shot glass evenly
  10. Chill in fridge until just set - approx 4 hr
  11. Serve
