  • Dark chocolate icon

    300 g (about 1 ¾ cups)
  • White chocolate icon
    White chocolate
    200 g (about 1 ¼ cups)
  • Condensed milk icon

    395 g (about 1 ¼ cups)
  • Peppermint extract icon

    1 teaspoon (about 4 g)

Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add dark chocolate, white chocolate, condensed milk, unsalted butter and peppermint extract to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 60°C, speed 1
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan carefully
  7. Sprinkle with peppermint stick
  8. Chill overnight in fridge
  9. Turn out
  10. Cut into squares
  11. Serve
