  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add quinoa and vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  6. Drain content of kCook bowl into sieve and let cool
  7. Transfer quinoa to large glass bowl
  8. Add cooked beetroot, feta cheese, apple, olive oil and lemon juice to the large glass bowl
  9. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  10. Chill in fridge until cold
  11. Serve
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley
