Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add plain flour and ground almonds to the baking sheet
  4. Spread evenly
  5. Bake - 30 min, 150°C
  6. Let cool
  7. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  8. Add hazelnut chocolate spread, lard, icing sugar and cocoa powder to the kCook bowl
  9. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  10. Transfer content of baking sheet to kCook bowl
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  14. Shape into a ball
  15. Wrap with plastic wrap
  16. Chill in fridge until firm - approx 20 min
  17. Line baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  18. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  19. Roll out until 1" thick
  20. Cut out
  21. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  22. Bake - 20 min, 150°C
  23. Let cool onto cooling rack
  24. Sprinkle with icing sugar
  25. Serve
