Step preview

  1. Add egg and vanilla extract to a clean jug
  2. Beat until completely mixed then set aside
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Grease
  5. Line with parchment paper then set aside
  6. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  7. Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted until light and fluffy - 2 min, speed 7
  11. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl while machine is running
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted until mixture comes together - 2 min, speed 7
  13. Then add baking powder, plain flour and milk to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  15. Spoon content of kCook bowl into 3 round pans evenly
  16. Bake until skewer tests clean - 25 min, 180°C
  17. Let cool slightly
  18. Turn out and let cool
  19. Clean kCook bowl
  20. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  21. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  22. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  23. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  24. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  25. Then add icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  26. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  27. Then add milk to the kCook bowl
  28. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  29. Prepare
  30. Assemble
  31. Spread
  32. Repeat
  33. Shape
  34. Coat until covered then set aside
  35. Add sugar paste to a clean work surface
  36. Roll out into a circle
  37. Cover
  38. Trim
  39. Decorate
  40. Serve
