  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add bread flour, orange and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  8. Then add unsalted butter, egg yolk, rum, orange blossom water and salt to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  10. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  11. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 hr, 30°C
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  14. Knead
  15. Roll into a log
  16. Shape into a circle
  17. Cover with kitchen towel
  18. Prove - approx 30 min
  19. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  20. Brush with egg
  21. Decorate with candied citrus peel, cherries candied and pearl sugar
  22. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 160°C
  23. Let cool onto cooling rack
  24. Add double cream to the kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  27. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 7
  28. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag then set aside
  29. Cut into halves
  30. Pipe with piping bag
  31. Assemble
  32. Serve
