Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean loaf pan with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter, caster sugar, egg, milk, plain flour, vanilla extract and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  8. Spoon half of content of kCook bowl into medium glass bowl
  9. Spoon the rest of content of kCook bowl into medium glass bowl
  10. Set aside
  11. Add cocoa powder and water to a clean small bowl
  12. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  13. Transfer content of small bowl to medium glass bowl
  14. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  15. Fill loaf pan bit by bit
  16. Swirl lightly
  17. Bake until skewer tests clean - 50 min, 180°C
  18. Turn out and let cool
  19. Serve
