Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add plain flour, icing sugar and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  6. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  9. Roll into a ball
  10. Wrap with plastic wrap
  11. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  12. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  13. Grease 2 clean cupcake pans then set aside
  14. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  15. Cut out into a circle
  16. Line
  17. Cover with parchment paper
  18. Fill with baking beans
  19. Pre-bake - 10 min, 190°C
  20. Remove baking beans
  21. Let cool until cold
  22. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  23. Clean kCook bowl
  24. Add vanilla extract, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, salt, pumpkin purée and mixed spice to the kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  27. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  28. Spoon content of kCook bowl into 2 cupcake pans bit by bit
  29. Bake - 10 min, 175°C
  30. Turn out onto cooling rack
  31. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  32. Clean kCook bowl
  33. Add double cream to the kCook bowl
  34. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  35. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  36. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min 25 sec, speed 7
  37. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  38. Pipe cream onto 2 cupcake pans
  39. Serve
