Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add orange juice, orange zest and egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  5. Season
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 9
  9. Pour peanut oil into the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  10. Add white vinegar to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to small bowl and cover
  12. Chill in fridge
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 litre mark
  16. Add prawns to the steamer tray to bottom tray
  17. Add broccoli and mangetout to the steamer tray to top shelf
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  19. Slice carrot into the steamer tray to top shelf with direct prep attachment
  20. Fit
  21. Steam - 25 min, 104°C
  22. Serve
