  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add orange juice, orange zest and egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  3. Season

  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 9
  7. Pour white vinegar and peanut oil into the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  8. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 9
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to small bowl and cover
  10. Chill in fridge
  11. Serve
