These savoury pies with a sweet pineapple chutney will impress at any dinner party. If the chutney is too chunky for your liking, you can make a smoother chutney by pressing the chop button for a few seconds.

Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil, light brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and pineapple to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Slice red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Add nigella seeds, ground turmeric, chilli powder and ground ginger to the kCook bowl
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr, 104°C, speed 3
  12. Let cool and continue
  13. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  14. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  15. Roll out puff pastry onto the baking sheet thinly
  16. Cut into squares
  17. Cut
  18. Spoon content of kCook bowl into pastry
  19. Add white pudding to the pastry
  20. Brush with egg
  21. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  22. Serve
