This delicious sweet chutney is great served with cheeses or cold meats. If the chutney is too chunky for your liking, you can make a smoother chutney by pressing the chop button for a few seconds.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil, light brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and pineapple to the kCook bowl

  7. Slice red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Add nigella seeds, ground turmeric, chilli powder and ground ginger to the kCook bowl
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr, 104°C, speed 3
  12. Serve
