  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl

  6. Slice endive into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment

  8. Add chicken stock, nutmeg and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 96°C, speed 3
  11. Then add milk and boursin to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  14. Serve
