Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add salted butter, plain flour and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  6. Then add egg and water to the pastry
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  10. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  11. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  12. Add soft goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, brown sugar and black pepper to the pastry
  13. Fold
  14. Bake - 45 min, 180°C
  15. Serve
