Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add pork loin, chimichurri spice blend and olive oil to a clean large glass bowl
  4. Stir with tablespoon until coated then set aside
  5. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add water, freekeh and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 90°C, speed 1
  10. Drain content of kCook bowl into sieve then set aside
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Transfer pork to kCook bowl
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 120°C, speed 4
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  18. Slice spring onion and cucumber into a clean large serving bowl with direct prep attachment
  19. Transfer content of sieve to large serving bowl
  20. Add tomato and red wine vinegar to the large serving bowl
  21. Stir
  22. Add feta cheese to the large serving bowl
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl
  24. Serve
