Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add red wine vinegar and granulated sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, 140°C, speed 5
  8. Then add currants, sunflower seeds, garlic clove and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  9. Season
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Slice red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Stir with filler cap removed then set aside - 30 sec, speed 3
  14. Add olive oil and mixed dried herbs to a clean frying pan
  15. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  16. Add steak to the frying pan
  17. Cook each side in frying pan - approx 3 min
  18. Transfer meat to cutting board
  19. Let rest - approx 5 min
  20. Slice then set aside
  21. Add potato and tomato to a clean large glass bowl
  22. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  23. Season
  24. Toss
  25. Serve
