  6. Then add green beans and peas to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 94°C, speed 3
  8. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  9. Transfer content of colander to large glass bowl
  10. Add dried apricots, dried figs, fresh chives, fresh parsley and coriander to the salad
  11. Mix until combined
  12. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey and espelette pepper to a clean small bowl
  13. Drizzle salad with dressing
  14. Serve
