Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add cheddar cheese, unsalted butter, plain flour, baking powder and water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - approx 1 min, speed 12
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  9. Wrap with plastic wrap
  10. Chill in fridge and continue
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  17. Then add sausage to the kCook bowl
  18. Heat with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 3
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  20. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  23. Then add mixed vegetables, vegetable stock, mixed dried herbs and canned cannellini beans to the kCook bowl
  24. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 3
  25. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish then set aside
  26. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  27. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  28. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  29. Cut out into rounds
  30. Transfer dough to ceramic baking dish
  31. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  32. Serve
