Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add freekeh, water and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 90°C, speed 1
  6. Add frozen peas to the steamer tray to bottom tray
  7. Fit
  8. Cook - 5 min, 98°C, speed 1
  9. Remove then set aside
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to colander then set aside
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  13. Add tofu, garlic clove, fresh parsley, lemon juice, white wine vinegar and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  14. Season
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Transfer half of peas to kCook bowl
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  18. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  19. Divide content of kCook bowl between 4 plates
  20. Add cherry tomatoes, lemon zest, currants, slivered almonds, lentils and olive oil to a clean large glass bowl
  21. Season
  22. Transfer content of colander to salad
  23. Transfer the rest of peas to salad
  24. Stir until combined
  25. Divide salad between 4 plates
  26. Serve
