Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  4. Add chicken breast and water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  8. Add broccoli to the steamer tray to bottom tray
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  10. Slice courgette into the steamer tray to top shelf with direct prep attachment
  11. Fit
  12. Cook - 6 min, 104°C
  13. Remove then set aside
  14. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander then set aside
  15. Add greek yogurt, water and anchovies to a clean jug
  16. Season
  17. Stir with tablespoon until combined then set aside
  18. Add mixed salad leaves, lemon and extra virgin olive oil to a clean large serving bowl
  19. Toss until combined
  20. Transfer content of steamer tray to large serving bowl
  21. Transfer content of colander to large serving bowl
  22. Drizzle large serving bowl with dressing
  23. Garnish with parmesan cheese
  24. Serve
