Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add beef filet and chilli paste to a clean large glass bowl
  4. Stir with tablespoon until combined then set aside
  5. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add vegetable oil, egg and chilli paste to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C
  10. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 7
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl then set aside
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  14. Add sesame oil to the kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Transfer beef to kCook bowl
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed and continue - 3 min 30 sec, 140°C, speed 3
  19. Add brown rice, sesame seeds, red bell pepper, coriander, soy sauce and mirin to the large serving bowl
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  21. Grate carrot and courgette into the large serving bowl with direct prep attachment
  22. Stir until combined
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl
  24. Serve
