Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add rice flour, unsalted butter, demerara sugar and hazelnuts to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to small glass bowl then set aside
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  10. Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  14. Then add egg, rice flour, gluten-free baking powder, xanthan gum and chinese five spice to the kCook bowl
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  16. Then add hazelnuts to the kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  18. Grease a clean round pan
  19. Spoon content of kCook bowl into round pan
  20. Add plum and blanched hazelnut to the round pan
  21. Transfer content of small glass bowl to round pan evenly
  22. Bake - 1 hr, 170°C
  23. Let cool
  24. Serve
