  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add egg yolk, white wine vinegar, wholegrain mustard and garlic clove to the kCook bowl

  5. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 9
  6. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 9
  7. Pour peanut oil into the kCook bowl slowly while blending
  8. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, coriander and sugar to the kCook bowl
  9. Season
  10. Whisk with filler cap removed - 10 sec, speed 4
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to small bowl
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  14. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  17. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  18. Then add garlic clove and tiger prawns to the kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, 140°C, speed 4
  20. Serve
