Step preview

  1. Add strawberries and raspberries to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mash with potato masher
  3. Add caster sugar to the large mixing bowl
  4. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  5. Add sponge fingers to the large mixing bowl
  6. Stir gently with tablespoon until covered
  7. Soak and continue - approx 5 min
  8. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  9. Add mascarpone cheese, double cream, egg and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  13. Add half of content of large mixing bowl to 2 highball glasses
  14. Add strawberries and raspberries to the highball glasses
  15. Spoon half of cream into 2 highball glasses
  16. Add the rest of content of large mixing bowl to 2 highball glasses
  17. Add strawberries and raspberries to the highball glasses
  18. Spoon the rest of cream into 2 highball glasses
  19. Chill in fridge - approx 30 min
  20. Serve
