  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi

  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl

  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Then add pork shoulder to the kCook bowl
  9. Season
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 140°C, speed 2
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  16. Slice onion, carrot and celery stalk into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  18. Add garlic clove and fennel seeds to the kCook bowl
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  21. Then add sausage meat to the kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  23. Then add red wine to the kCook bowl
  24. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  25. Transfer content of medium bowl to kCook bowl
  26. Add tinned chopped tomatoes, dried basil, fresh oregano, paprika and bay leaves to the kCook bowl
  27. Season
  28. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 hr, 98°C, speed 1
  29. Serve a clean serving plate
  30. Add tagliatelle to the serving plate
  31. Transfer content of kCook bowl to serving plate
  32. Serve
