Step preview

  1. Grease 4 clean ramekins generously then set aside
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 98°C, speed 3
  7. Then add chestnut mushrooms to the kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 110°C, speed 3
  9. Line a clean plate with paper towels
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to plate
  11. Season and let cool
  12. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  18. Cook with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 80°C
  19. Then add plain flour to the kCook bowl
  20. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  21. Then add whole milk to the kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
  23. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 3
  24. Add egg yolk to the kCook bowl one by one while machine is running
  25. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  26. Transfer content of plate to kCook bowl
  27. Add camembert to the kCook bowl
  28. Season
  29. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 3
  30. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large mixing bowl then set aside
  31. Clean kCook bowl
  32. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  33. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  34. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  35. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  36. Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 9
  37. Fold content of kCook bowl into large mixing bowl gently
  38. Divide content of large mixing bowl between 4 ramekins evenly
  39. Place ramekins on large roasting dish
  40. Add water to the ramekin halfway
  41. Bake and continue - 15 min, 180°C
  42. Clean kCook bowl
  43. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  44. Add double cream and wholegrain mustard to the kCook bowl
  45. Season
  46. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  47. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  48. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  49. Remove ramekin
  50. Transfer ramekin to serving plate
  51. Drizzle serving plate with content of kCook bowl
  52. Garnish with rocket
  53. Serve
