This is a homemade baby food for babies aged 7 to 9 months. Use this is as a sweet topping on desserts- it goes well with yoghurt and rice puddings. Any leftovers can be frozen in ice cube trays and defrosted as needed.

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water, dried apricots, light brown sugar, lemon zest and ground cinnamon to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 120°C, speed 2
  6. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 2
  7. Then add prunes, dried cherries and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  9. Serve
