  6. Slice courgette into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add beef shoulder and water to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 94°C, speed 3
  11. Then add wholemeal flour to the kCook bowl
  12. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  13. Serve
