  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 94°C, speed 3
  6. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  7. Transfer half of content of colander to medium bowl then set aside
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Return the rest of content of colander to kCook bowl
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to potatoes then set aside
  15. Clean kCook bowl
  16. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  17. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  18. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  20. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
  21. Then add leek to the kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 120°C, speed 3
  23. Then add plain flour to the kCook bowl
  24. Whisk with filler cap removed - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  25. Then add milk to the kCook bowl
  26. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
  27. Then add cheddar cheese to the kCook bowl
  28. Transfer potatoes to kCook bowl
  29. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, 70°C, speed 5
  30. Serve
