  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 120°C, speed 3
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  14. Slice carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  16. Add ginger, salt and water to the kCook bowl
  17. Add broccoli and cauliflower to the steamer tray to top shelf
  18. Fit
  19. Steam - 7 min, 104°C, speed 1
  20. Remove then set aside
  21. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  22. Clean kCook bowl
  23. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  24. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  25. Return content of colander to kCook bowl
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  27. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  28. Transfer content of kCook bowl to serving plate
  29. Transfer vegetables to serving plate
  30. Serve
