Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add onion, garlic clove, hake fillet, egg and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  4. Season

  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  9. Shape into rounds
  10. Roll in plain flour
  11. Roll in egg
  12. Roll in breadcrumbs
  13. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  14. Transfer content of work surface to baking sheet
  15. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  16. Serve
