  14. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  20. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  22. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 110°C, speed 3
  24. Then add plain flour to the kCook bowl
  25. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  26. Then add milk to the kCook bowl
  27. Season
  28. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
  29. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  30. Clean kCook bowl
  31. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  32. Add potato and water to the kCook bowl
  33. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  34. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  35. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 94°C, speed 3
  36. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  37. Clean kCook bowl
  38. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  39. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  40. Return content of colander to kCook bowl
  41. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  42. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  43. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  44. Transfer content of steamer tray to ceramic baking dish
  45. Pour sauce into ceramic baking dish
  46. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish
  47. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 180°C
  48. Serve
