Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add mayonnaise and chorizo to the kCook bowl

  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Grate onion and emmental cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 5
  11. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  12. Add rustic french bread to a clean cutting board
  13. Slice
  14. Remove carefully
  15. Stuff cheese mixture into bread
  16. Replace
  17. Wrap with foil
  18. Transfer bread to baking sheet
  19. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  20. Serve
