  7. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  8. Clean kCook bowl

  10. Add double cream to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  14. Then add mascarpone cheese and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  15. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  16. Transfer content of large glass bowl to kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
  18. Serve
  19. Garnish with strawberries
