A beautiful savoury tart, decorated with spring garden vegetables. Try making our shortcrust pastry recipe or you can use pre-made pastry. Use a tart case that is at least 2.5cm/1inch high to get more filling inside!

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Add shortcrust pastry to a clean lightly floured surface
  3. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  4. Transfer pastry to tart pan
  5. Prick
  6. Line with parchment paper
  7. Fill with baking beans
  8. Bake - 12 min, 160°C
  9. Remove baking beans
  10. Let cool and continue
  11. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  12. Add soft goat cheese, fromage frais and double cream to the kCook bowl
  13. Season
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  17. Transfer content of kCook bowl to tart pan
  18. Spread
  19. Garnish with frozen peas, radish and mint leaves
  20. Serve
