This smooth and creamy ice cream is very easy to make. It does need freezing overnight so make sure you make it in advance.

Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add raisins and rum to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 98°C, speed 3
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  7. Let cool - approx 30 min
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  10. Add double cream to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  14. Then add sweetened condensed milk to the kCook bowl
  15. Whisk with filler cap fitted then scrape bowl - 30 sec, speed 5
  16. Transfer content of medium bowl to kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  18. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
  19. Freeze overnight - approx 12 hr
  20. Serve
