Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water, brown sugar, caster sugar and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 4
  6. Then add chestnuts to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 90°C, speed 3
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  9. Pour content of kCook bowl into jar carefully and let cool
  10. Chill in fridge until needed
  11. Serve
