  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 98°C, speed 2
  6. Strain content of kCook bowl into jug and reserve liquid
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  9. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  10. Return content of jug to kCook bowl
  11. Add peach, caster sugar, mint leaves and lemon to the kCook bowl
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Stir with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 2
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug
  15. Chill in fridge - approx 2 hr
  16. Add ice to the clean highball glasses
  17. Pour content of jug into 8 highball glasses evenly between
  18. Serve
