Fit max blade to kCook bowl
Add celery stalk, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, fresh parsley and fresh basil leaves to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Chop with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 10
Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl then set aside
Clean kCook bowl
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add couscous, water and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
Season
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Cook with filler cap removed and continue - 15 min, 94°C, speed 1
Add tinned black eyed beans, tinned black beans, canned cannellini beans, tinned chickpeas, tinned red kidney beans, cherry tomatoes and black olives to the large serving bowl
Stir gently until combined
Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl
Add olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon and dried oregano to the large serving bowl
