  9. Chill in fridge and continue

  12. Add whipping cream, milk and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  15. Whisk with filler cap removed - 4 min, 80°C, speed 4
  16. Whisk with filler cap removed - 4 min, speed 4
  17. Add egg yolk and caster sugar to a clean jug
  18. Mix until combined
  19. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl slowly while machine is running
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 14 min, 75°C, speed 4
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 80°C, speed 3
  22. Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the kCook bowl
  23. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  24. Strain content of kCook bowl into jug
  25. Pour content of jug into 4 drinking glasses
  26. Chill overnight in fridge
  27. Serve
