Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Add red bell pepper to a clean cutting board
  3. Prepare then set aside
  4. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  5. Add onion, parmesan cheese, garlic clove and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  9. Then add minced beef, breadcrumbs, egg, nutmeg and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  11. Transfer peppers to baking dish
  12. Brush with olive oil
  13. Spoon content of kCook bowl into peppers
  14. Bake - 45 min, 200°C
  15. Serve
