A Halloween treat, these spider web brownies will be loved by everyone. With a cream cheese spider web piped on top, these brownies are soft and delicious.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease a clean round pan then set aside
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter and dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 60°C, speed 4
  8. Then add plain flour, cocoa powder, golden caster sugar and egg to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
  10. Then add white chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 5
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to round pan
  13. Bake - 45 min, 180°C
  14. Let cool
  15. Clean kCook bowl
  16. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  17. Add cream cheese, vanilla extract and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  18. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  20. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  21. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  22. Pipe content of piping bag onto brownies
  23. Serve
