Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean springform pan with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg, caster sugar and vegetable double cream to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  8. Then add italian 00 flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  10. Spoon batter into springform pan
  11. Spread until level
  12. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  13. Let cool onto cooling rack - approx 2 hr
  14. Transfer cake to serving plate
  15. Dust with icing sugar
  16. Serve
