Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add butter, plain flour, baking powder, salt and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 5
  6. Then add emmental cheese, blue cheese, tarragon and walnuts to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 3
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  9. Roll into a log
  10. Wrap with plastic wrap
  11. Chill in fridge - approx 30 min
  12. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  13. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  14. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  15. Slice
  16. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  17. Bake - 12 min, 190°C
  18. Let cool onto cooling rack
  19. Serve
