  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add onion and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Chop with filler cap fitted - approx 5 sec, speed 7
  8. Then add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 100°C, speed 3
  10. Then add vegetable stock, bay leaves and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  12. Slice red bell pepper into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 110°C, speed 3
  15. Remove carefully
  16. Add cornflour to the kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap fitted - approx 30 sec, speed 11
  18. Serve
