  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  6. Add potato to the steamer tray to top shelf
  7. Fit
  8. Steam - 30 min, 104°C
  9. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  12. Add parmesan cheese, butter, nutmeg and salt to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Transfer content of steamer tray to kCook bowl
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  17. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  18. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 9
  19. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  20. Brush a clean baking dish with olive oil
  21. Add breadcrumbs to the baking dish
  22. Transfer half of content of kCook bowl to baking dish
  23. Spread until level
  24. Layer with sliced ham and scamorza cheese
  25. Transfer the rest of content of kCook bowl to baking dish
  26. Spread until level
  27. Brush with olive oil
  28. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
  29. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  30. Grill in grill - 10 min, 200°C
  31. Cool - approx 40 min
  32. Serve
