Step preview

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add white wine vinegar and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 60°C, speed 8
  6. Add corn oil to a clean jug
  7. Whisk and continue - 5 min, speed 7
  8. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  9. Add salt to the kCook bowl
  10. Whisk with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 9
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
  12. Chill in fridge
  13. Serve
