  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  14. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  15. Transfer cream to medium bowl
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add chocolate 70% to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 7 min, 60°C, speed 4
  22. Pour chocolate into medium bowl
  23. Stir gently with tablespoon until combined
  24. Transfer chocolate mixture to Springform tin
  25. Spread until level
  26. Chill in fridge and continue
