Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add italian 00 flour, butter, caster sugar, lemon and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  6. Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
  7. Transfer pastry to work surface
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge and continue
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  12. Add ricotta cheese and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  16. Then add dark chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
  17. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  18. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  19. Transfer two thirds of pastry to lightly floured surface and reserve the rest
  20. Roll out into a circle
  21. Transfer pastry to springform pan
  22. Prick
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to springform pan
  24. Spread until level then set aside
  25. Place one third of pastry on lightly floured surface
  26. Transfer pastry to springform pan carefully
  27. Roll out into a circle
  28. Seal
  29. Trim
  30. Cut an indentation
  31. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  32. Let cool - approx 3 hr
  33. Dust with icing sugar and ground cinnamon
  34. Serve
